1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the v77 platform at v77.ad and creating a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all areas of the platform including the casino game lobby, sports betting section, live casino, bingo, crash games, VIP programme, promotions, and any other service offered by v77.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the v77 platform. Access to and use of the platform is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms at all times.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one v77 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, v77 may close all associated accounts and retain any bonus funds present in those accounts. Real money balances across duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any use of bonuses or promotions. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.

Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. Using your account for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to reselling winnings, operating any form of betting exchange, or acting as an agent for other players, is prohibited.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact v77 support immediately. v77 is not liable for losses that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at v77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is shown on the Deposit page.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For most methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa, this process is near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits – where someone else funds your account on your behalf – are not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown on the Deposit page. v77 does not charge deposit fees on its end, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. v77 is not responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is applied consistently across all accounts.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed any identity verification checks requested by v77.
• If your balance includes bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully completed before those funds become withdrawable.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold shown on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.
• There must be no active investigation or security review on your account.

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. v77 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly but reserves up to 72 hours for standard processing in periods of high volume.

v77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This is standard practice and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Cooperating fully with verification requests is the fastest way to get your withdrawal processed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

v77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion only.

Key rules that apply to all bonuses at v77:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, the deposit plus bonus amount, or the bonus winnings depending on the promotion type. You must complete this wagering before the bonus balance or related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time period. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are removed from the account.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all for specific promotions. The contribution rates for each bonus are stated on the promotion page.
• Maximum bet during wagering: While bonus wagering is active, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus is a breach of bonus terms and may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

v77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus has already been claimed by a player and wagering is in progress, v77 will honour the existing terms for that player's current bonus where reasonably practicable.

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or other methods designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed at v77 are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event on which the bet is placed, in addition to these general terms. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game or game category in the lobby.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up until the point of confirmation.
• For cricket and other sports, if a match is abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement rules follow the standard rules for that sport as applied by v77's sports data provider.
• In the event of a manifest error in the odds displayed – for example, a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical fault – v77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled unless v77 exercises the right to void it under these terms.
• Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting. These limits are shown in the sports betting section and may vary by sport and market type.

For casino and slot games, outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and disclosed within the game's information panel. v77 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before it is completed, the bet will be settled based on the game state recorded at the point of interruption. In cases where no valid game state exists, the stake will be returned to your account.

8 VIP Programme

v77 operates a tiered VIP programme for active players. Progression through VIP tiers is based on wagering activity across all game types available on the platform. Points accumulate as you play and determine your current VIP level.

VIP benefits may include enhanced cashback rates, weekly deposit bonuses, priority withdrawal processing, and access to exclusive promotions. The specific benefits attached to each VIP tier are described on the VIP page and are subject to change by v77 with reasonable notice.

VIP status is personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared. Points and VIP tier status have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They exist solely to determine eligibility for the benefits listed under each tier.

v77 reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier, reset points, or remove VIP status if the player's activity falls below the threshold required to maintain that tier, or if any breach of these terms is identified.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at v77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false identity or payment information at any stage.
• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or technical faults in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino table games.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or processing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Exploiting bonus offers in a coordinated or systematic manner designed to extract value without genuine recreational play.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward v77 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.

v77 employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. If your account is flagged for investigation, access may be temporarily suspended while the review takes place. You will be notified once the review is complete.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

v77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is under investigation.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by v77's inactivity policy.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• v77 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or order.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting v77 support. Any real money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account (where no breach of terms has occurred) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, v77 may retain bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real money deposits are considered separately and handled based on the specific circumstances of the case.

11 Responsible Gaming
